corss country
On Tuesday we went for a walk for the cross country run. It was long and uneven because it was dangerous. It was tiring, rocky and there were little bit’s of shells on the path. The next day we had cross country. I was in the ten year olds race. We went to the beach to the start line. We had to wait for the little ones to finish. It was our turn to go. Then Mr Burt said “on your marks, get set, go!”. It was sore for me because I had bare feet. It was cool and tiring and then Howard court up to me and I saw him which made me run even faster. When I came to a bridge it was shaking and wobbly. As I came to Mr Mark’s he was taking photo’s of the people running. I ran past Mr Bark’s and then went past these girls form Tamaki College before I finally crossed the finish line.
