Badminton

At badminton we learn skills with Lorene and Donna. It is cool working with them and it is really good to learn how to play badminton. We learn to use team work with our team mates, it is really good to work as a team mate. When we get ready we get a racket to play with and a shuttle so we can hit it with our racket. We were feeling nervous for our first time. We rotate around to practice our skills at different nets. We serve to our team mate and we had to keep our eye on the shuttle. We learnt skills like backhand and forehand. We also looked at hitting the ball under our legs and it was really hard to do. We did soft hits, if you do hard hits the shuttle will go to far. We tried to get out shuttle in in the bin. We had to take five steps away from the bin and we had to get it in, if you missed it you had four other goes to get it in the bin.

Holidays

In the holidays we went to my rugby game on Saturday. We played Carlton Blue. We got on our rugby shirt to get ready for our game then the ref called us to play.

It was cool, first we did some fitness like running to keep us warm to play. The ref called us to kick off, the other team kick it off to us. We caught the ball and we went for the try but one of our team mates got tackled by them.

We won our game it was 13 trys to 3.

Basketball

Every Wednesday we go and play basketball with our teacher Mr Marks. We go in the hall and we play half court with room fourteen. This is where we had to learn to dribble the ball on the court. It was like there was hundreds of hammers hammering on the court it was so cool to dribble the ball. It was the best time in my life doing basketball, we do shot the ball in the hop like we are throwing the ball to our term mate, it was so cool throwing the ball.
We had a game with half court in the hall, we had a boy court and a girl court too. We had a fair game. We got started with the mart of basketball.
It was the best time of my life playing basketball.

At the pools with my brother.

In the holiday I went to the pools with my brothers. I did a bomb and my brother went in the deep pool. We had a race and my brother won. We had a tennis and ball and we threw it into the pool, and then we would grab it and throw it back to the other person. I had fun, we went home and I was tired.
